Got the RMA number and returned the product. Billed the full amount of 89.95 and the 29.95 for filters that arrived the day I was sending the product back. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Voice activated telling you to go here and go there. Still calling and trying to get a live body and get answers. They are surely not professional. To establish that they are legit they should be responding via phone or email to customer to resolve their issues. I think someone needs to man the phones 24/7 to alleviate the supposed large volume of calls and concerns. This is not good at all. read full review »
