There is only one person authorized to do any changes on our accounts and she did not authorize this company, they apparently have been on our phone bill since May 2009, so we are now trying to get in touch with them and no one returns the phone call. Verizon is helping by blocking the charge and reversed them off, but we still want to talk to these people to find out who they are and why are they allowed to get away with this activity. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT OUR INFORMATION TO ANYONE WE GET ENOUGH JUNK MAIL AND JUNK PHONE CALLS AND JUNK E-MAILS. read full review »
