I was looking for a solution to a oil boiler heating problem and decided to try this site out - the so called expert had little or limited knowledge of my problem, was from the USA; I was expecting a UK based engineer and when I realised that the so called expert had limited experience decided to withdraw from the service. I now discover they can hold the deposit I made with paypal for up to five days before refunding. If I was cynical and made the basic calculation that 10, 000 people had preferred to opt out then justanswers.com would make a lot of bank interest on the funds they are holding. read full review »
