I purchased on December 17, 2008 stamps from a vending machine in the Williamsville, New York Post Office located at 5423 Sheridan Drive, Buffalo, New York 14221-3609. Unfortunately, I received Christmas stamps and after waiting for 40 minutes, I came to the counter only to be told that they cannot exchange the Christmas stamps for the forever stamps. I called the U.S. Postal department on that date and received no satisfaction.
