2/22/2010 I was instructed by the cashier and he (Curtis) even highlighted my reciept about doing the feedback survey within 48 hours...I can't find the webpage to do the feedback survey, much less get a $10.00 coupon on next purchase. There won't be a next purchase after this!!! read full review »
