Troy the sales guy is a fast talker that makes up what he doesn't know, then provides countless excuses for poor quality, jerry-rigged work. They charged me for an advanced install (more than cost of stereo!), and they disabled the keyless and overhead lamp in my car. They had the nerve to blame it on both of my keyless remotes and try to sell me a new set of remotes for another $100! I also asked them to pair my iPhone w/ the stereo bluetooth, and they said the bluetooth was broken because it wouldn't pair w/ the Sony head unit... read full review »
