it turns out that when they bought out the previuos gas company 10 years ago they instituted a policy where all their contract customers were required by letter to book their gas for the coming year. I was on direct monthly billing and so they didnt send me a letter. the price of their gas is up to the point that we are paying more than twice what book customers are paying. Now what really stinks is I pay in advance. I build up a surplus during the summer when gas usage is low and the draw off the surplus over the winter. they are operating on my money and charging me double. read full review »
