I purchased a brand new Philips telephone. Right from when I opened the box the 2 (yes 2, not just 1!) handsets didn't work. After about 5 - 10 minutes of use, they simply die. Sometimes they die almost immediately upon turning them on. My wife is so nervous that we won't be able to reach emergency services if something goes wrong and we can't find our cell phone. At best, they want ME to purchase replacement parts. Their customer service is non-existant - they don't stand by their products and the consumer should be aware before choosing a brand. read full review »
