My WB is very slow during "peak" hours. I am connecting at around 300kb/s when I should be connecting at 1000kb/s. A WB supervisor to me these are acceptable speeds for "peak" hours. I know WBs "out" will be they didn't gurantee anyting, but speeds "up to" 1000kb/s. I dont expect 1000kb/s all the time, however I do expect it to be reasonably close. WB could say 1kb/s is acceptable, because nothing is guranteed. There is a "basic" pak lower than mine that advertises "speeds up to 512kb/s."... read full review »
