We purchased our home through First Franklin Services. My wife and I was told by the mortgage broker and the attorneys at closing that this would be a fixed rate mortgage. After closing we recieved our documentation then to only find out that it was an adjustable rate mortgage. After feeling stuck with the mortgage and making the necessary payments we started contacting them about not seeing any changes in our principal.
