We ordered our pool table from Pool Tables Direct/ Ultimate Game Room Company on August 21st 2008. Estimated delivery time was 12/26/08. Since then we have tried calling, faxing and emailing with no success. Phone line keeps ringing, fax number is out of service and no response from the email. We are mailing something tomorrow out of pure desperation. We now owe GE financing company $1600 and we have no pool table. read full review »
