I recently did a balance transfer with this bank, and from day one it has been an issue. At first they sent me a letter saying they couldn't approve me because of my credit for the amount I wanted. They said they would approve me for $10, 000 but not for the amount I wanted, well my transfer was for $3, 000 so of course a mistake. Then I went to pay my bill on line like I do with all my bills and guess what you can't pay your credit card bill on line or on the telephone with any other means of payment but a fifth third bank account... read full review »
