FRAUD!! I returned the product (followed their directions to a T) and was still charged the CAD $81.00 for products that I did not receive. When I called the customer service, the guy stated that the charge will be reversed on my next Visa statement. IT WAS NOT ON THERE!!! I checked with my Visa company and waited until 2 months afterward and nothing! Their website is no longer in service. How can this happen?? I'm so glad I found this complaint site. I learned my lesson and will definitely check this website before ordering anything else off the internet. read full review »
