I am livid. I have been as you can check a loyal customer. In Nov 08, I put a password on my account that I was told I could remove at any time. I did after my account was separated from my exhusbands. Each time I called, they told me they removed it. Tonight I needed help urgently to fix my son's phone as he needs it medically and I have not been able to get it fixed "PUK lock" as the times I called in the last two weeks they were closed.
