So..long story, I'll try to keep it short. On dec 8 2008 I recharged my wife's Skype-out using paypal. On the 12th suddenly I see another payment go off my paypal. Seems they invented 'auto-recharge', which was not apparent when loading, and is on by default. I contacted paypal to get refunded, logged a complaint that the payment was unauthorized: they referred me to Skype. Logged a complaint with skype asking for a refund.
