We ordered a book from Vanity Press March 18th and entered an Australian (my mum's) address for shipping then paid via PayPal. Jump forward to May 5th and after contacting Dallas Robertson (customer service) he continued to tell us that we entered our US address and that we were trying to rip them off by entering less shipping. He says that he sent the book via surface mail to the US address.
