We purchased an '04 Toyota in June 2007, we immediately requested a change of due date because of how my husband got paid. They never could seem to get our due date corrected and claimed we had a payment due before we had even had the car 30 days, therefore we had a running battle each month because they said we were late and charged fees and penalties even though we were not late.
