I bought a Magic Jack which I never used from their infomercial and it quoted a 12..oo dollar charge and for 19.00 more you could extend it fo an extra year. I opened my AMEX bill and was charged $70.00. I called the phone number for customer service and no one answered after 1/2 hour. So I went to there we site and chatted with 2 different people. They both said they didn't get that email? I told them the AD was on TV they were both rude and also mentioned after 30 days there was nothing I could do. The company is not a viable entity in regard to customer service. BEWARE.. read full review »
