Company is horrible. This summer they added a $20 fee for no reason. I got charged for a disconnect and reconnect service...but check this out, I NEVER had a disruption of service...ever. I called to question this and never received an answer. Every month my bill is going up about $50, I live in a 2 bed 980 sq ft apartment. How does this equal a $300 bill.
