I got a return auth# for a second shipment sent out automatic shipping from Wellness Labs. It seemed legitimate, so I returned product PLUS returned first shipment product just because I did not want it. Seemed simple enough and the on-line chat person provided me with prompt information and instructions. I spent extra to ship the items back promptly and I have been waiting now for two months for my account to be credited for the second shipment AS I was told I could only get credit for one shipment.
