Today Monday January 26, 2008 Linda the supervisor I talked to on Friday and had told me she would talk to their sales department and try to straighten out the situation and would give me a call back today...called, well it was useless, basically to tell me that nothing can be done, that she contacted Tiffanies supervisor and let them know what gave us the wrong information... whoopie! but that was all she could do for us! so basically we are stuck going from 2 brand new 2008 Sidekicks with Tmobile 3 -4 mths old $300 phones... to these... read full review »
