1. The software claims to work with all browsers] but it does not. 2. Offers "prompt refund" on it's website - but the company never responds 3. The company uses a 'mail-drop' for it's company address and only a fax number After numerous emails [complying exact with their requirements for issuing a refund] within 1 hour of purchase - zero response.
