After reading some of the post I feel kinda lucky, had no problems with them for 2 years, they cannot seem to fix a small but nagging issue w /the database which you would think would be a easy fix by professionals. My problem came during our busiest time of the year, data was just vanishing. I believed they had some corruption of data, said it was only my database that was affected, ( hard to believe.) Problem was finally resolved about week and a half later, I found out customer service is jammed, hard to get thru, it plain sucked. worst... read full review »
