Hi, I would like to make a very important feedback about one Aldo staff working in Singapore, at Suntec City named Mindy who doesnt know her products well, and she definitely is not a customer service oriented and very unhelpful, she even argued with me. When i asked her if the watch can be adjusted, she said no. Does it has a service centre she said no. How do we adjust it, she said she doesnt know. When i asked her how are we gonna buy if you know nothing.. She said customer still buy. So what happen if customer bought it and she has problem... read full review »
