I received the free trial on 1/27/09 and saved mailer that indicated free trial product was sent on 1/21/09 by uspa first class mail. I tried to contact the company through the toll free number provided - 866 938 4832 - but received only a steady busy signal. I went on line at the site provicded - www.MyTrialSupport.com within the prescribed time frame to cancel future shipments 1/31/09 but found no area on the website in order to cancel future shipments as was indicated on the mailer. Now I will have to complain to my credit card provider to cancel further charges from this company. read full review »
