About a month ago the phone screen turned blue with an error about some port couldn't be found. Couldn't turn the phone off took the batter out and still the same thing happens. We go the local office and show them what is going on and they said oh this is under warrenty and it will cost $11 to get a refurbished phone. So we order it and they say it will be about a week for the phone to come in.
