In January I decided to buy my husband a new 8' work bench from Sears. The customer service problems started in the store. Bubble gum chewing cashier and "forgot" we were waiting for her assistance. Had problem tell weither the items we wanted to purchase were available in stock. We decided to purchase it all together and was told that it would be at the most two weeks before the "total workbench" would be delivered.
