NECC telecom company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau in Michigan which is their billing and main office. They have complaints and law suits against them by the Federal Communications COmmission. They have complaints against them filed with the Federal Trade Commission. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the Attorney Generals Office. They change their contracts with customers at their whim without notifying the customer and are cited for improper billing.
