This particular independently owned Grease Monkey promised a tire rotation with a full service oil change. They told me that my car was done, but they did not rotate the tires. They said that the Big "O" Tire store in the next building was busy and that I would have to bring the car back another time and deal with Big O directly. On a 2nd visit, I elicited a verbal promise that they would rotate my tires in the 2 hour window, but they again did not.
