I visited my doctor 1/21/2009, and upon presenting the receptionist with a check for my deductible, it was denied by TeleCheck. I was totally befuddled because there were enough funds in the account to cover the $40 deductible. I did not believe what was going on because I have written checks for this account on several occasions at this doctor's office. I asked the reception what was the reason for the denial.
