Called them before ordering to check stock. Was told Canon G10 is on stock. I called back 5 days later to check on order and they told me the camera I ordered was back-ordered. But that there is a metal case version for $40 extra. (THIS IS A LIE. Canon does not make 2 models). I re-placed the order anyway and called back after 4 days to check on status. Was told by a rude representative that the item is back-ordered. No extra words or offer to help solve the problem. Canceled the order and will never ever shop there again. read full review »
