On February 20 I ordered a Waterford lamp from Via Cristalina and was told I would have it in 2-3 weeks. It is May and I have still not received it. Both of their phone numbers are disconnected and I have sent them two e-mails, and they still have not answered. My credit card company is getting my money back for me. My advice is: Do not do business with this company. They are real scam artists. read full review »
