Place online order on 8/15/09 paid with debit card. Card was immediately charged. 8/24/09 no shipping notice emailed customer service they said should be shipped any day. September no shipping notice emailed customer service they said "clarify" and send invoice to them. October no shipping emailed customer service to cancel order and refund they said "why".
