I ordered a rug on 1/29/2010. The company received payment right then. I haven't received any shipping details, or rug? I have called over and over and at first I received a voicemail and was asked to press #1 for operator. I would and never received anyone on the phone. Next I would call and never get voicemail or anything else, just ring, ring, ring...I had already sent e-mails and instant messages, and of course no response. In a final desperation I started sending faxes, asking the company to call me. Of course, they haven't! So now I want to warn others. read full review »
