I ordered the a sample of the "Celebrity White" teeth whitening product approximately 2 weeks ago. I was not made aware that if I didn't cancel within 14 days that I would be charged for a membership fee of $149. I called the company for a refund and was referred this email address. The funds are pending in my account and I need the amount refunded to visa credit card ending in 7180. read full review »
