I actually did not do business with this company, at least not intentionally. All of a sudden, charges from them started showing up on my credit card statement for a monitoring service I never requested. I had never even been to their website! When I called them, the operator said there was another name on the account, but wouldn't give me any information about it, for 'privacy reasons.'
