Digitals Future promised a package deal over the phone. When I received the package, it was missing the long life battery, camera case, premium charger and full size tri-pod and there was no packing slip. When I called, the sales rep emailed me an invoice which had none of these items on the list. I had been ripped off and had nothing in writing.
