Store: 11913 at 1097 Eagle Ave, Chattanooga, TN I ordered via the drive-thru, got to the window and paid, then was told they had no vanilla shakes & could not give refund, would have to order something of equal value, long story short, ended up ordering something I didn't want and lost 29 cents plus tax.
