I have never seen such a piece of trash as this system. It will not take a debit card when you want to pay in advance. You cannot get anyone to correct any problems with this system and god forbid if you pay the bill in advance but are blocked for 90 days till it updates their system. They have a monopoly on this trash and they are just like the facilities, they are a bunch of cons and worse then the inmates because they take people. They have no tech support to correct any problems. They are worthless s--t. read full review »
