I called customer service this a.m. The store is at 1350 Veterans Parkway in Clarksville, In. The Black Lady I spoke to could not have been more rude. When I ask her name or if I could speak with someone else she said " Goodnite" and hung up. I was calling concerning a washer and dryer I had purchased on Friday. This person should NOT have a job in customer service. The store code is 25420-21210. My name is Carole Lamb and I have in the past done alot of business with Lowe's. Because of her I will cancel my Maytag order. Thank You and I hope that lady will be replaced. Too many nice people are looking for a job. read full review »
