David Yavitz- Did an initial consultation with me over the phone and took 3 calls while while speaking with me. It did not seem as though he listened to the details. He neglected to assess andresearch details of prior court orders and pursued actions that were detrimental to my case. He then blamed me for not being clear about the implications of the court order and yet this is what I hired him for. I thought he would pull the court documents and review them on my behalf before moving forward. In the end it was an expensive waste of money. It seems to me his hubris cost me about $15k.
