Offered free 3 day/ 2 night stay voucher with purchase of an ADT home security system. Sent in voucher with $50 deposit. Called after no response for two months. Claimed they never received it. Gave credit card info to book reservation. Called after one month of no confirmation on card or in mail. Claimed they had no record of the transaction (Clarice processed it).
