I was given an unauthorized Surprise charge of 149.95 for ordering a .99 trial white pen. I have already called cancel service and was cancelled # 817481. I was instructed to fill out a refund request. I am a senior citizen diabled on fixed income. I do not understand why this was charged to my account. My bank is helping me with this matter because I do not have the funds to cover such an amount nor do I understand this whole thing and why it happened..
