MODAFONE is totally a SCAM company. www.callmoda.com I signed up with them on Oct 19th. Recieved and paid the first bill on 11/13/2009. Received the second bill and paid on 12/14/2009 (even thought the majority of phone calls did not go through internatinally). Decided to cancel the service and paid my final bill on 12/28/09. Today Feb 25, 2010 received a bill for $7.80, wich is a penalty for paying my bill late.
