hi, my name is krasimir tsvyatkov i have sent written cancellation documents received from bally in california on the 4th of february, 2010. i also enclosed the 50 dollars cancellation fee. the check for the 50 dollars have been cashed on 4th february. i still haven't heard nothing from you guys. i should receive a response from you in 10 days according to my contract. i have the tracking number for the documentation and my bank statement that 50 dollars were withdrawn on 4th february. how long do i have to wait for some response? read full review »
