I was also duped by Acai Berry. I ordered the free trial and was to pay only S & H for $4.95. My bank was then charged $87.13. I contacted a rep at 866-949-0138 ( the wait on the phone was long, but I did get to speak with a rep.) and was told I agreed to this charge (hidden) under the terms and conditions . The rep. said my bank would be reimbursed and they would cancel my acct. with them. I also called my bank and cancelled my acct. # and was issued a new one so Acai Berry could not withdraw and more charges. This is an unscrupulous way of doing business. read full review »
