Charge appeared on our home bill for 14.95, for unspecified charges. Following procedure I called the number supplied on the phone bill and it merely gave information about activating a voice mail account, or canceling the same. I called the Verizon business office and they had little details other than saying they were forced to bill the charges, which is true but it also makes them party to any complaint, espcially when they could give me no other reach number for Alliance Savings.
