Money card activation lacks personnel . Its hard to activate when one cannt speak to some one, then they give you an address to write to like a person can sit by the mail box before needing the card or the phone number which is answered in another country, Why should it be so hard to activate or even wait on the second card its that 2nd card where the problem lays, then again maybe thats what they want if enough people cannt get it activated they just throw away the old card leaving little money on the card but if add that up to over a a thousand people they're making a killing off of it . read full review »
