Gov deals acts as an auction site for many municipalities on the east coast and south west. Many of the items we have purchaced have been not as described, or for a better term garbage. If you as a bidder do not pay, govdeals will hold you for 40% of the winning bid and you get nothing! Many of the vehicles we have bought are junk yard material and items described as operable are not ! Even the pictures on the site, often items are changed and missing parts by the time you pay and pick them up. Govdeals staff tell you to go back to the seller and they wash their hands of the deal.
