I ordered an area rug from RUGSUSA.com at the tune of $494.00 dollars, on the 12th of February, 2010. Today is the 26th of February, 2010 and I have not received the product I ordered nor have I been able to contact the company by telephone or email. When ordering the rug, the salesperson did not give me a confrimation number, nor did that send me a confirmation to my email address like they stated they would.
